Happy New Year!

Let a new ray of hope
descend like a rope
from the one whose messenger is The Pope!

Wish you and your family a very happy and prosperous 2007.
Keep smiling.

Platform £$%"£$%!

Keta varthai use panathuku manichudunga. But sema kadupula iruken. I used to go to the nearby anjaneyar temple daily. I used to buy flowers daily before, but then one day felt, anyways, after saathifying the poo to perumal, it straight away goes to the bin during cleaning or rarely they give it as prasadam to people. So then I started saving the money with which I used to buy the flowers and when it sums up to a decent amount I will give to some poor child for it to buy books or will buy food for a child. I felt that gave me more satisfaction than buying flowers daily.

There is one bitch there near the temple. Ava anda two wheeler parking stand la okandhu poo vithundrupa. That space is for two wheeler parking, ana iva anda edathula kadaiya potu na enamo iva vyabaratha kedutha madri daily pesuva. Today it got too much abusive. Enaku kovam pathikitu vandhuchu. Im very tolerant and of a kind who appreciate the saying "never fight with a pig - you both get dirty and the pig enjoys it" adunala vaya mudindu poiten. But when i came back, to my shock that idiot was tampering with my vehicle. Enaku aduku mela porumaiya iruka mudiyala. I started yelling at her. Poriki naai, she is one bajari! Evalo kezhthanama pesa mudiyumnu apo dhan therinjundhen. I felt ashamed of myself. I suddenly got a feeling if i was only behaving cheap. That female didnt even have a pinch of shame or botheration. Enaku asingama pochu. Rendu varthai ketutu anda edatha vitu kalambiten.

Straight went to the police and gave a complaint and came home. Not sure as to what action will be taken. But i certainly want that bitch to be punished!

Love at first sight?

Inspired by Siva's post. I had wondered if the concept of love at first sight do really exists. But now I think it does, not sure what made me think like that, but yes, the spark really does exist.

The thrill of arranged marriage is purely based on the concept of Love at first sight! The girl and the guy meet for the first time only at the "Ponn paarkal" and may be get about 10 - 15 minutes of time to speak their heart out, but if her heart longs for the guy to call up then what is it other than love at first sight?? Same with the guy. The courtship period, the cream of time the pair can get.

At the end of day, on the wedding date, the guy and the girl would definitely be lovers. So does it really make any much difference if it is an arranged or love marriage?

What does love pay?

On the road, on a full moon day
he was walking, follwed by his shadow in grey
Knowing that he became the prey
For he believed whatever she had to say
Had she left a trace or ray
Which could have made him live in a way
On the shore of the bay
where she ditched him and went astray!

Malarum ninaivugal

A friend of mine had sent this feather to me 10 years back. Found it luckily today when i was going through my old diary. Ipo adu kuti potruku :-). Im feeling too good and nice now. I used to be mad at collecting feathers, stamps and Velvet poochi :-) Good old days!

1066

  • Even in cases of acute emergency where the first aid also fails, an ambulance of one hospital does not accept to take the patient to the nearest hospital run by any other organisation. It would only travel more than 10-15 kms to reach its own hospital.
  • Calls made to 1066 is not free, worst not even as a local call. It comes under the special numbers!
  • Government hospital ambulances can rather be used as mortuary vans!
  • Our people are so insensible that they will not be ready to leave the way for an ambulance to overtake them but would be standing/ waiting for hours before our honorable CM/PM/MLA fly above the road in his/her private aircraft or pass by a road that is somewhere 10 kms ahead! Buggers!
