I just hope they can implement it well this time. This has been done many times before... Drive safe...
they brought this into action in bangalore and i was wondering what is stopping tmail nadu to quite sensibly adapt tht approach...good to know it's in there as well :)
i just hope they are strict about it and the public co-operates just the way b'loreans did.
Dont worry... its irritating at the beginning.. then u cant get onto the road without a helmet :).. talking with experience!
